Maison Lemonnier is a six-bedroom house in Uccle, a green residential district in the south of Brussels, right on the edge of dynamic Ixelles, making it a perfect mix of both worlds. The Bois de la Cambre, the EU quarter, the city center and Brussels Airport are all close by.

Two kitchens
The main kitchen is a work of art in itself, down to the marble worktop. Both are fully equipped, for cooking yourselves or for a private chef. The second is on the top floor, right by the BBQ.
Two living rooms
One is a large dining room, with a single dining table and sofas beside it. The other is made for sitting, with a reading corner. Both are hung with original art.
Rooftop terrace
A rooftop terrace with a BBQ and a large dining table, straight off the second kitchen. Next to it, lounge seating and sun loungers among the planters.

The house has a digital lock. You get your own code, so there is no key to collect and no one to wait for.
Where is the house, and is there parking?
On a residential street in Uccle, in the green south of Brussels, on the edge of Ixelles. The Bois de la Cambre is close by, and the city center, the EU quarter and Brussels Airport are within easy reach. The house has no parking of its own.

Yes. There is a large dining room where the group sits at one table, two kitchens, and a rooftop terrace. Tell us your dates and team size and we will come back with a proposal.
